About Me

MyWeight.MyKernels.com is dedicated to providing quality information on the subject of diet and weight loss.

The main purpose of this Blog is to provide an overview and a journal of my weight loss progress. I will give you specific progress details and information about what I think and how I feel in the process.

Here you will find helpful reviews, informative information and tips and much more. This site is in the format of a ‘weblog’ so that each time I post new information, it will come to the top of the front page. This means that you can check back here frequently to see new updates to the information found here.

I will post several different kinds of information. Because this is about my weight loss, I will post a Weight Loss Journal of my progress. I am also interested in what is happening in the field of weight loss, so I might write a bit about weight loss in general and specifically about weight loss products and services.

    I wouldn’t as a rule post to a blog but I am interested in this post therefore I felt forced to do so. Straying away from the subject a bit, what is your opinion about walking? It is these days being put forward as the best exercise to burn fat.
